Homemade Beet Maror is delicious, and far easier to make than you might think.
  • 1 horseradish root, peeled and chopped, about 4 inches.
  • 1-2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar.
  • 1 inch raw beet, peeled and diced into ½ cubes.

CHAROSET:

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 granny smith apple
  • 2 gala apples
  • ¾ cup chopped walnuts
  • 1½ Tablespoons raw honey
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

    1. You don’t have to bake your own matzah..! It’s in the stores. But if you want to make a Seder plate that has all the symbolic foods these are recipes for it.

    2. You can buy much of it in the supermarket, and also cut down the recipes, charoset can be made with one chopped apple, some honey and a bit of wine or grape juice, and a dash of cinnoman. A box of matzoh can be used after passover for communion. I think as long as you have a small amount of each food fir the sedar plate, you will be ok.

  9. Both my husband NeftalΓ and I, Altagracia (Grace) Gonzalez-Torres living here on our small farm in the hills of Camuy, PR truly enjoyed your teachings on Moses Part 1 & 2.
Like you, Amanda, I also love Abba's creation -animals !!
We have sheep and lambs and select the best prayerfully for Passover meal. Chickens for our eggs and meat, and raise our veggies thru hydroponics and land gardening.
We are blessed! Baruch Haba HaShem.

  12. I cannot eat a lamb, it to me, represents Jesus. Must I eat the lamb?

  13. I've been to about a half-dozen Seders and none have ever served lamb. It could be because the lambs were sacrificed and the Temple is no longer standing so they cannot sacrifice.
